1. Visiting charges should be paid to worker on his visit, except labor charges.

2. Visiting Charges are not refundable.

3. Labor Charges should be paid after completion of given task by Customer to our worker in hand and receives invoice on My Tech Expert Pad to avail 2 days warranty.

4. Things required to repair items like (spare parts) will be provided by customer or Purchased by the Worker on the behalf of customer (in this case customer is required to check bill of that part to insure the price)

5. Customer is required to send Correct Address, Phone Number and other Information which is required by My Tech Expert. Otherwise, My Tech Expert is not responsible of any delay.

6. Worker will be send by My Tech Expert in 5-7 working hours. In Case of Emergency situation Worker will be send to you in 1-2 hours.
